Elevated & Earthy Whole Home Remodel in Newport Coast

In addition, the liberal use of top quality stone and natural materials throughout contributes to an overarching earthy but elegant theme.

In the primary or master bathroom, custom-built cabinets made from Quarter Sawn Oak provide plenty of storage space for clothing and other linens while simultaneously adding to the room’s natural feel. A natural stone quartzite countertop in White Calacatta, exposed wooden ceiling beams, hardwood flooring, and a mix of honed marble and limestone shower tiles are all consistent with the earthy vibe. 

Although each of the remodeled bathrooms has unique features all their own, there’s one specific trait you’ll notice in all three: exquisite tile work with designs created from the highest quality materials. In the primary bath, an arched entryway into the walk in shower is beautifully tiled while the water closet features hand-painted marble tile wainscoting. In the guest bathroom, limestone floor tiles in various colors are arranged in a stunning geometric design while a black marble shower accent wall showcases curved tiling around a circular window. Last, but certainly not least, Terra-cotta floor tiles in the office bathroom provide another unique design.

Moving into the office, the earthy design continues with stunning Monark Plank hardwood flooring in a herringbone design. Quarter Sawn Oak cabinets and open shelving along one wall compliment the flooring perfectly while also providing plenty of storage space to keep this work-from-home office neat and tidy.

Custom cabinets in the recreation room/ den follow a similar design but add a fun twist – they house a big screen TV and also hide a mini beverage fridge and ice maker. This room is ready for relaxing or entertaining, whatever the day may bring!
