Chic Contemporary Bathroom Remodels In Irvine

This client in Irvine relied upon creativity and smart selection to construct a space that includes neutral tones and clean lines in their new chic bathroom renovations.

Primary Bathroom

Encapsulating a spa-like atmosphere, the decor in the Primary bathroom lends a calm and peaceful vibe. The frameless shower includes a heavy-duty glass shower enclosure with a through-the-glass tubular towel bar/ handle combo in satin brass. Adding depth and dimension to the shower are porcelain tiles stacked in a Chevron pattern resembling marble including a corner shelf. A large shower niche includes a metal mosaic backsplash in a gold gravity arrow pattern with satin gold Schluter trim. The shower floor is a naturally slip resistant gray stone pebble that also feels comfortable underfoot.

Adjacent the shower is a freestanding tub with a built-in overflow system and wall mounted tub spout in satin gold. Chevron patterned porcelain tiles surround the tub acting as a splashguard as well as make the room appear larger. Adding an elegant touch is a satin gold trim.

The dual vanity includes two undermount sinks with widespread faucets in satin gold. Full access Omega cabinets with modern flat panel doors provide a neutral tone in a Miso stain. Adding a look of glam is a polished quartz stone countertop in Sereno Gold including a 5” backsplash. A large lighted mirror sits above the vanity creating an illusion of a bigger space while the porcelain flooring lights up the room in a white cream satin finish.

Guest Bathroom

The guest bathroom also exudes a glamorous and sophisticated look including Omega full access cabinets in a bold Amalfi blue with brushed gold pulls. Topping the cabinetry is a polished quartz countertop in Sereno Gold including a 5” backsplash and 2 undermount sinks with gold widespread faucets. A large, illuminated mirror sits above making the space feel brighter and more open.

Large porcelain tiles stacked horizontally in Blanco white line the shower walls including a satin gold Schluter trim. Bone white hexagon mosaic tiles made of porcelain add a bright and fresh look to the floor. The shower niche makes a statement with a long hexagon mosaic backsplash made of natural pearls, accented with satin gold trim. Also included is a new shower head and glass double door sliding system with a towel bar in satin brass.
