Along the walls of the kitchen are wall mounted custom white Kemper cabinets with honey bronze knobs and pulls including a spice rack and a lazy Susan with custom pull out drawers. The countertops are also set in white Calacatta gold quartz stone with a backsplash reaching all the way up to the ceiling, giving it that classy touch. Above the new cooktop and under-counter single wall oven lies a wall mounted pot filler with a knurled handle in luxe gold as well as a dazzling new white hood. Beyond the expansive bi-fold doors lies a floor to ceiling pantry cabinet by Omega including 4 rollout drawers in calming Maho Bay. A bronze linear chandelier makes a striking minimalist statement with a touch of old Hollywood glam above the natural wood dining table. Porcelain flooring with a natural wood look set in a staggered subway pattern lead to an attractive new hutch in a fresh and energetic earthy green tone, including flat black knobs and backplates as well as plenty of room for additional storage.

The new porcelain flooring extends from the kitchen into an updated powder bathroom including a fresh coat of paint, and a new vanity with a single sink with matte black hardware. Also included is a hand towel holder, a decorative mirror and a light fixture in matte black.

The fireplace received a facelift by extending the entryway base step along the hearth with Etik beige ceramic tiles. The face was recessed and retiled in stacked sparkle white textured ceramic tiles in a chevron pattern. An antique brass insert with bifold glass doors was added for style and safety.
