The Real Value of Design

One size fits all” just doesn’t work in the world of kitchen & bath design.  Good design accommodates users’ varying heights, ages, mobility, dexterity, & most important, the changes in those elements which (inevitably) come with time.  Good design also takes into consideration that aesthetic tastes vary widely from one client to another.  “Cookie cutter” kitchen & baths often lack interest & individuality.  There is an important balance that must be struck to tailor a space to its current users without alienating future users & insuring its resale value.  At Sea Pointe, our designers take care to create great designs that stand the test of time.  Our relationship with our clients is a continuing one that lasts beyond the tasks at hand.  We take great pride in clients who return to have us remodel their new homes based on the work we previously did for them.  Good design benefits everyone involved.  Can we design something good for you?  Sea Pointe President, Andrew Shore
